An elegant outdoor summer reception. The family wanted a beautiful elegant affair. We provided a fabulous array of passed hors d’ oeuvre and a plated dinner of Filet Mignon demi glaze and Sundried Tomato & Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Roulade with Basil Buerre Blanc. The champagne flowed well into the evening and the guests enjoyed the cuisine and atmosphere.

Beautiful outdoor ceremony at a unique rustic lodge. These two envisioned a fun & fanciful atmosphere with food stations to give their guests a wide variety of cuisine. From the Sushi Raw Bar displayed on a custom designed ice sculpture to deconstructed cannolis for dessert guests enjoyed the many different tastings.

Fabulous fall wedding! We provided all the floral arrangements (including the ceremony arch), an extravagant seasonal fall menu served in a heated peaked white tent. Fantastic time had by all!!
