If you’re looking for a delicious recipe to serve at your next party, but are tired of mulled wine, and 7-up & Sprite, this coffee punch recipe fits the bill! One of the great things about this recipe is that it can be prepared with or without the addition of alcohol. It’s a fun and decadent departure from the traditional toddies usually served because it’s like a Frappuccino! If you decide to add alcohol, be sure to add it after the mixture has already been frozen.
3 cups strong coffee (Have you tried Joe’s Gourmet Coffee yet?)
2 cups of sugar
1 pt. of cream
1 qt. of whole milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Dissolve the sugar in the hot coffee, cool.
Add the other ingredients. Pour the mixture into clean, emply milk cartons and freeze.
Remove from the freezer 2 hours before serving, it should still be slushy.
